It’s hard when you’re hit with multiple stressful situations at once. The struggle is real.

I encountered that this past week. There were so many things that went awry and it left me ripping my hair out. Now I’m on the path to recovery but my body and mind feel completely depleted.

In the spirit of getting back to a healthier place, I scoured the Internet for some tips to recover from stress.

I wanted to know what the uncommon or surprising tips would be. Not just the conventional ones like sleeping, exercising, meditating, going for a walk or deep breathing.
